Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Revva, except where we expressly state that separate terms apply. When you create a Revva account or use Revva, you agree to these Terms.

The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to the individual user of the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or legal entity, you confirm you have proper authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Revva and that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Revva is owned and operated by Myrevva Limited, registered in Nigeria with Company registration number RC6954675. To contact us, send an email to [email protected].

We may make changes to these terms from time to time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users through the Platform or via email where changes are significant. A timestamp is included in these terms to show effective dates. Once updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use Revva.

To use Revva, you must register by creating an account with a valid email address and a unique password. You must be 18 years old and above to register. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use Revva.

You agree that you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to deactivate your account at any time if you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, or if activities on your account would cause damage, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable laws.

You owe us this duty:

• 01You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• 02Any previous Revva account was not terminated for violating our terms.
• 03You consent to receiving communications from us via email and the Revva Platform.
• 04You will not impersonate any person or entity, or defame, harass, bully, or threaten others.
• 05Any information you provide is accurate, truthful and complete.
• 06You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• 07You will not do anything illegal, fraudulent or unlawful.
• 08You are not a convicted sex offender.
• 09You will not discriminate on the basis of religion, age, gender, race, tribe, sexuality or disability.
• 10You will not reverse engineer or create derivative works of our products.
• 11You will not share another person's private or confidential information without permission.
• 12You will not make fraudulent or groundless reports against other users.

We owe you this duty:

• 01If we delete your content, we will inform you via email or the Revva Platform.
• 02We reserve the right to delete or remove your account if you breach any term of this policy.
• 03If your account is suspended or terminated, you will be informed. Payments due during suspension may be withheld.
• 04We will try to keep the platform free from viruses and malware, but cannot guarantee it.
• 05We make no guarantees about the amount of money you will make.
• 06We make no guarantees that information on the Platform is true and accurate.

You must only upload content for which you have received necessary permission and/or authorization from the owner.

You or the owner of your content retain copyright. However, by uploading content you grant us an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual worldwide license to use, reproduce, copy, process, alter, publish, transmit, and distribute the content. This license continues even after your agreement with us ends.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who infringe intellectual property rights.

To create an account on Revva, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Follow these steps:

1. 01Go to www.myrevva.com or your mobile device app store.
2. 02Download the Revva app.
3. 03Click on the "Register" button.
4. 04Provide your full name, email address, username, and password.
5. 05Read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
6. 06Click on the "Get Started" button.

A user can delete or deactivate an account by following these steps:

1. 01Go to the Revva app.
2. 02Click on the Profile icon in the top left corner.
3. 03Click on "Delete account".
4. 04Enter your password and click "Delete Account".

Please note that once you delete your account, all of your content and information will be permanently deleted. You will not be able to recover them.

Any content you upload on the Revva Platform is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You must comply with the Terms of Use and hold all necessary intellectual property rights or permissions.

When your content contains a third party, you warrant that the person is a consenting adult (consent must be written). Earnings from content will be paid only to the owner of the account the revenue was generated from.

When your content promotes a third-party good or service, you must not:

• ◉Exploit the trust of persons in others.
• ◉Cause mental, physical or moral detriment to others.
• ◉Promote any form of discrimination.
• ◉Advertise illegal drugs, alcoholism, or illegal gambling.

Advertising content must include "Paid Partnership" in the caption before uploading. You also agree not to upload malicious software, send spam, harvest user data without consent, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scripts to create accounts or generate queries.

Revva uses the Paystack payment platform to facilitate seamless transactions. Creators earn income through a split revenue model:

All fees are exclusive of VAT and processing fees. Card data is collected for processing but not stored for security reasons.

You agree to indemnify Revva, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of a breach by you of these Terms or your obligations, representations and warranties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Revva. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will be unimpaired and the invalid provision will be modified to the maximum extent permitted by law. These Terms, and your rights herein, may not be assigned by you without Revva's prior written consent.
